We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Tholos Restaurant Inc. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking complete meals or individual dishes and foods to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities- Food Preparation: Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
- Food Safety and Handling: Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to food safety and handling procedures to prevent contamination and foodborne illness.
- Inventory Management: Order and receive supplies and equipment, and maintain accurate inventory records to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
- Cleanliness and Organization: Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas, and maintain a well-organized kitchen environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Work Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment
- Language: English
- Work Schedule: 30 to 40 hours per week
