About the Role

Vasudeva intensive Physiotherapy is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, ensuring the integrity and quality of our data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and register documents for data entry, ensuring all necessary information is captured.
  • Enter data according to specified formats, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Transfer data between software systems, ensuring seamless integration.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of data, identifying and correcting errors.
  • Store, update, and maintain databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and secure.
  • Perform backup procedures to ensure data preservation and integrity.
  • Perform general office duties, including administrative tasks and data management.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in data entry or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines and handling repetitive tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent position, working 35 hours per week. Public transportation is available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
