About the Role

Catapult ERP Services Inc. is seeking a skilled Dynamics CRM Solutions Specialist to join our team.

This exciting opportunity involves working with clients to implement and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on CRM applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with clients to understand their unique requirements for Dynamics 365 solutions, including Sales, Customer Service Marketing, PowerApps, and Portal applications.
  • Solution Delivery: Act as a vital part of the Catapult solution delivery and support team, working on engagements to implement solutions and collaborate with the CRM Team to deliver according to customer specifications.
  • First-Line Support: Provide first-line support for existing clients on D365 Customer Engagement, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Ticketing System Maintenance: Maintain internal CRM ticketing systems, including the customer portal, to ensure seamless communication with clients.
Required Skills and Experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in consulting environments, managing deadlines, configuring, and delivering Microsoft Dynamics CRM and/or D365 solutions.
  • Proficiency in English, both spoken and technical writing skills required.
  • Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and proactive outreach to cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Analyzing and understanding business problems, modeling data and processes, and experience with Visio or similar modeling applications.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive $85,000 - $110,000 per year salary, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional growth and development.
