Savers, a leader in the thrift industry, is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate. This role plays a vital part in creating an exceptional customer experience, working closely with donors, and collaborating with colleagues.

As one of the largest for-profit thrift operators in North America, Savers champions reuse and inspires a future where second-hand is second nature. We supply our stores with gently-used items that have been donated by the community to local nonprofit organizations.
Key Responsibilities
As a Retail Warehouse & Production Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Contributing to an engaging shopping environment by organizing and maintaining inventory, displays, and visual merchandising;
- Assisting customers with purchases and resolving any issues in a professional manner;
- Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance;
- Processing donations and assisting with inventory management systems;
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Able to work independently and as part of a team;
- Familiarity with basic computer software and inventory management systems;
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt;
What You'll Get
