Job Title: Warehouse Inventory Manager


About the Role: Canada Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Manager to join our team in a fast-paced retail environment.



  • Lead a team of 3-4 staff members to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management and control.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to enhance staff performance.
  • Develop and implement effective inventory control systems, processes, and procedures to minimize stock discrepancies and optimize inventory levels.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Prepare and manage reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, credits, and refunds.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment and selection strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of business plans and objectives to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in inventory management and control.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and achieve company goals.

Requirements:



  • Post-secondary education in a related field such as business, logistics, or supply chain management.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 25 kg.
