What We Do
We provide operational and technical support for installed Audio Visual equipment and systems, ensuring seamless functionality in huddle spaces, meeting rooms, boardrooms, executive spaces, and open areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for Advanced AV Systems, Display technologies, Microsoft Surface Hubs, and other cutting-edge solutions.
- Respond to escalated customer support issues and work within a support desk environment to document and follow through on service tickets.
- Conduct regular system checks and preventative maintenance visits to identify trends, improvements, and ongoing issue resolution.
- Work with manufacturers to develop relationships and resolve customer issues related to equipment servicing.
- Identify defective or failed equipment and take ownership to resolution, escalation, replacement, and updating asset inventories.
- Interface with equipment manufacturers, developers, engineers, and project managers to provide resolutions for complex systems.
- Provide accurate diagnoses, removal, repair, test, implementation, and operation of all aspects of audio visual, video conference, display, and presentation technologies.
- Participate in and drive continuous improvement activities across AV technologies and collaborate with clients' business technology teams to improve and evolve technology solutions.
- Develop an ongoing customer relationship, resulting in future customer loyalty.
Requirements
- High School graduate or equivalent experience.
- A two-year diploma from a Technical School or equivalent experience.
- CTS certification from AVIXA and manufacturer certifications (Evertz, Biamp, Crestron, Microsoft, Samsung, Magic Info).
- Competencies in AutoCAD/Visio for reading drawings and competencies in Microsoft Teams, Surface Hub, and video IPTV, Streaming, Webcasting products.
- Understanding of AV Networking, System Administration, and backend AV system.
- Competencies in Crestron control systems and ability to work with high-level executives in high-pressure meeting situations.
