We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Operations Engineer to join our team at Allergan. As a key member of our manufacturing department, you will be responsible for driving production productivity improvement through yield enhancement, waste reduction, and cycle-time optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Technical Operations and Engineering, to design and implement process improvements.
- Lead troubleshooting activities and ensure timely closure of investigations and Corrective Action Preventive Actions (CAPAs).
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment with company policies, objectives, and results.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations through review and update of manufacturing documentation.
- Conduct training and development programs for relevant personnel on procedures and best practices.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent; Master's Degree desired but not required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in pharmaceutical or industrial manufacturing, with a strong background in process improvement and quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to quickly understand products and processes.
- Strong knowledge of GxP requirements and regulations, with good planning and scheduling skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
