Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at S & D International Import Inc. as a key member of our operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Task Management: Organize and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient completion of work assignments.
  • Operational Oversight: Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Planning and Coordination: Plan and organize operational logistics, including coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, hire, and train staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance and provide feedback for growth and development.
  • Supply Chain Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring timely delivery and optimal inventory levels.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
