About the Position

As an Audit Supervisor for Great Canadian Entertainment, you will play a vital role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our casino operations. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of auditors to review and balance gaming revenues and volumes, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to team members to achieve high performance and promote a positive work environment.
  • Assist in implementing departmental strategic plans and respond to audit issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Review and enter daily gaming revenues, and may assist with payroll & scheduling reconciliation.
  • Distribute revenue reports to management and regulatory bodies, and communicate effectively with all operational departments.
  • Build strong working relationships with guests, team members, and stakeholders, while ensuring compliance with licensing laws, health and safety regulations.
  • Develop and cultivate strong working relationships with all stakeholders, including guests, ownership, regulatory bodies, and team members.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma required; minimum 2 years of experience in administration, with minimum 1 year in casino operations an asset.
  • Previous supervisory experience an asset.
  • Ability to exceed internal and external customer expectations through timely, effective, and service-oriented communication.
  • Ability to successfully obtain a Gaming License.
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset but not required.

Work Environment Considerations

  • Work within a 24/7 operation with ability to work flexible hours when required (days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays).
  • Must be willing to submit to a criminal record check with results acceptable to our organization, standards and position.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
