About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team of hospitality professionals. As a key member of our beverage team, you will be responsible for crafting memorable experiences for our guests by mixing and serving beverages with precision and flair. Your exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with your ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure, will enable you to excel in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Exceed guest expectations by providing outstanding customer service
• Help create an engaging work environment by choosing positivity and fun, recognizing excellent peer performance, and by caring about and supporting our colleagues every day
• Inform guests of any daily specials
• Takes guests orders and makes recommendations
• Prepares beverages
• Serves the guests and checks to ensure satisfaction
• Resolves guests issues or asks for management assistance if required
• Presents bills upon request and taking payments
• Cleans tables or counters, removes glasses and re-stocks bar if required
• Covers other bartenders sections if required
• Liaises and communicates effectively with all appropriate operational departments
• Ensures compliance with licensing laws, health and safety and other statutory regulations
• Performs other duties as assigned or directed

Requirements:

• Current internal food & beverage employee
• People-focused and committed to service excellence
• Proactive and solution-oriented with a drive to succeed
• High School Diploma; Post-Secondary hospitality or hotel education an asset
• Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills
• Bartending and serving experience preferred
• Customer service experience
• Smart Serve Certificate
• Ability to lift 30 lbs.
• Ability to communicate in French language considered an asset
