Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team at Suncoast Immigration Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing front desk operations, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, respond to inquiries, and provide information on our services.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages, and direct them to the appropriate staff member.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, appointments, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Perform data entry, order office supplies, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
