We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Sales Specialist to join our team in Windsor, Ontario. As an Electrical Sales Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers' buying experience, including sales, support, quotations, order processing, and services.

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience

The successful candidate will be a core member of our Inside Technical Team, responsible for all aspects of customer interactions. This includes generating quotes, processing orders, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the corporate sales team with technical and specialist knowledge
  • Generate quotes, process orders, and create vendor POs as needed
  • Provide same-day acknowledgement and response to customer inquiries
  • Communicate clearly with all parties upon task completion
  • Assist in coordinating special events and promotions
  • Identify sales opportunities within assigned geographical areas
  • Utilize CRM to track cases, opportunities, quotes, and proposals with customers
  • Promote Electrozad Supply through local business communities and industry associations

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education from a technical program (Electrical or Mechanical discipline)
  • Previous inside and/or outside sales experience in the electrical industry (an asset)
  • Knowledge of Electrical, Pneumatics, and Automation hardware/software products
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written)
  • Ability to handle difficult situations diplomatically
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
