Retail Business Manager

We are seeking a Retail Business Manager to join our team at A1 Trusses (1993) Ltd. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail business.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team of 3-4 people.
Key Responsibilities- Sales and Merchandising: Assign sales workers to duties, order merchandise, authorize return of merchandise, and sell merchandise.
- Operations Management: Establish work schedules, prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, and resolve issues that may arise.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
- Skills: Accurate, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organized, reliability, and teamwork.
