Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at A1 TRUSSES(1993) LTD. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign Sales Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that all areas of the store are adequately staffed and customers receive exceptional service.
- Merchandise Management: Order merchandise, authorize returns, and maintain accurate inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Management: Supervise 3-4 team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Work Environment: Fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to walk, stand for extended periods, and work in a dynamic environment.
