Retail Store Manager

A1 TRUSSES(1993) LTD is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring a positive customer experience, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure a smooth customer service experience.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Authorize returns and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels.
- Prepare sales reports and analyze sales data to inform business decisions.
- Supervise a team of 3-4 sales associates and provide guidance and support as needed.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
