Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fragrance Stylist to join our team at Jo Malone London. As a Fragrance Stylist, you will be responsible for creating personalized scented statements for our customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Demonstrate a customer-centric mindset and provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Fragrance Expertise: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products, including their ingredients, benefits, and pairing options.
  • Sales Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets by providing personalized recommendations, creating engaging customer experiences, and driving sales growth.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, share knowledge, and provide support.
  • Store Operations: Participate in visual merchandising, inventory management, and store operations to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Experience: Proven luxury retail experience, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
