Customer Service Representative

Job SummaryWe are seeking an exceptional customer service professional to join our team as an Onsite Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for representing Incora at customer production sites, interacting and coordinating directly with customer representatives and on-site functional area managers to effectively maintain and replenish customer supply locations.
Key Responsibilities- Perform daily product to end user location maintenance, including stocking locations and removal/disposal processes in alignment with customer and product specifications.
- Proactively initiate and/or respond efficiently to daily internal and external customer requirements, including interaction with contract administration/customer service and customer production floor management to facilitate needs.
- Address on-site quality assurance issues and forward to Program/Site Management and/or Quality Management for resolution.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A High school graduate with proven customer service and interaction skills, with direct customer contact.
- Fantastic communication skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and the willingness to learn and grow.
