Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at Korea Goods Trading (KGT). The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office administration.
  • Minimum 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced office environment, with minimal supervision. The ability to work independently and as part of a team is essential.
