About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Insulation Helper to join our team at Celluloseman, Inc. as a key member of our construction crew.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load, Unload, and Transport Construction Materials
  • Perform Pre-Operational Inspections
  • Read Blueprints to Determine Work Requirements
  • Erect and Dismantle Concrete Forms, Scaffolding, Ramps, Catwalks, Shoring, and Barricades
  • Assist in Framing Houses, Erecting Walls, and Building Roofs
  • Clean and Pile Salvaged Materials
  • Perform Routine Maintenance Work
  • Clean Up Chemical Spills and Other Contaminants
  • Remove Rubble and Other Debris at Construction Sites
  • Tend or Feed Machines or Equipment Used in Construction
  • Direct Traffic at or Near Construction Sites
  • Install Vapor Barriers and Thermal and Sound Insulation
Work Environment and Physical Capabilities
  • Handling Heavy LoadsWeight Handling
  • Up to 23 kg (50 lbs)Experience and Training
  • Will TrainSupport for Newcomers and Refugees
  • Supports Newcomers and/or Refugees with Foreign Credential Recognition
