Cafe Plenty Catering Service Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team at Cafe Plenty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering services, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our business continues to grow and thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and manage the catering budget to optimize profits and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and improve daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor and manage staff performance to ensure that our high standards are met.
  • Plan and organize catering events and services to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • Cost and manage products and services to ensure that we are providing the best value to our customers.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that our customers receive a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Participate in marketing plans and implementation to promote our catering services and attract new customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure that our customers are satisfied and that we retain their loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Client focus and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Dependability and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliability and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Team player with the ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
