About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team at Cafe Plenty. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our catering service, ensuring that we deliver exceptional quality and service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Analysis: Analyze and optimize our catering budget to maintain and boost profits.
  • Operations Evaluation: Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of our daily operations and implement improvements as needed.
  • Staff Performance: Monitor and manage the performance of our catering staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily catering operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Cost Management: Effectively manage costs associated with products and services, ensuring we maintain a competitive edge.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a safe working environment for our staff and clients.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing plans, promoting our catering services to new and existing clients.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with our team to achieve our goals and objectives, sharing supervisory responsibilities as needed.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 40 hours bi-weekly.
