We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Service Manager to join our team at Cafe Plenty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze financial data to optimize restaurant profits and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor staff performance and provide guidance to improve overall productivity.
  • Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demands and expectations.
  • Conduct cost analysis to ensure cost-effective purchasing and services.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared supervisory responsibilities.

Requirements
