PCL, a leading construction company, is seeking a skilled BESS Project Manager to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. As a key member of our Solar Canada office, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.

Job Description

In this role, you will:

  • Provide overall contract administration, technical expertise, and support to the project.
  • Develop and implement the project safety plan, ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.
  • Ensure the project is constructed as per design, budget, resources, quality, and schedule.
  • Understand client drivers and offer value engineering proposals for functionality, cost, and schedule benefit.
  • Manage project performance and provide performance status reports for safety, cost forecast, and schedule.

We are looking for a professional with:

  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 5-8 years of progressive construction experience with leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Experience within the BESS industry is considered an asset but not required.
