About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Property Field Adjuster to join our team in Calgary. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for investigating and adjusting property claims, providing exceptional customer service, and identifying business development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and adjust property claims in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide prompt and effective communication with policyholders and claimants
- Scope and establish quantum of damages
- Negotiate fair and satisfactory settlements
- Perform duties assigned in compliance with established work standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in claims
- Ability to qualify for at least a Level 1 AB Adjuster's license
- Ongoing commitment to education and learning
- Effective analytical skills, including identification of cause and effect dynamics
- Good investigative manner
- Able to draw valid conclusions and effectively communicate them
- Ability to interpret complex documents of a legal nature
- Access to an appropriate vehicle
- Full driver's license and satisfactory driving record
