About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Parts Advisor to join our team at AWIN Group of Dealerships. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with their parts needs, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Ensure that customers are aware of our entire product line and accessories.
  • Follow cash handling procedures and ensure that all payments are processed accurately.
  • Ensure that parts are correctly checked against delivery notes and that the delivery note is signed.
  • Pack and load parts correctly, and maintain accurate records of dispatch documentation.
  • Report any stock damage or losses to the Parts Manager.
  • Ensure that all old units returned to the Parts Department are clean and in good condition.
  • Maintain good relationships with all suppliers.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a retail auto parts department.
  • Proficient in CDK and/or Reynolds and Reynolds software systems.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
