Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive real estate strategy that aligns with Aviva's business objectives
- Lead a team of professionals responsible for managing our corporate facilities, including lease administration, space planning, and facilities maintenance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on opportunities to optimize our real estate portfolio
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient and effective use of corporate facilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, vendors, and partners
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role, preferably in a corporate real estate or facilities management capacity
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement strategic plans
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, with a focus on delivering results
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
