Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of food service staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of food service staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
- Hire and manage food service staff.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customer complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a focus on providing excellent customer service and high-quality food. As a Shift Manager, you will be required to work in a standing position for extended periods and be able to lift up to 25 pounds.
