Restaurant Shift Manager

We are seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team at City Pizza. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure adequate staffing levels and efficient operations.
- Supervise Staff: Train, supervise, and coordinate the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that they are meeting our high standards.
- Manage Inventory: Requisition food and kitchen supplies, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns.
- Budgeting: Prepare budget and cost estimates, and maintain accurate financial records.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
- Work Setting: Restaurant.
- Supervision: 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people.
English.
Work Hours:30 to 35 hours per week.
