Cleaning Supervisor Job Description

Mona Lisa Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our cleaning staff, ensuring that our facilities are clean and safe for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Inspect sites or facilities to ensure that safety and cleanliness standards are met.
  • Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed.
  • Establish work schedules and ensure that cleaning staff are aware of their responsibilities.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a cleaning or maintenance role.
