Cleaning Operations Manager

Mona Lisa Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaning Supervisor to join our team. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations and ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and safety.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
- Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met
- Assist cleaning staff in performing duties as needed
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient use of resources
As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. You will be required to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in wet/damp conditions. You will also be exposed to noisy, odorous, and dusty environments.
Requirements:- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required
- Experience: Experience an asset
- Specialized environmental skills and knowledge
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and bending
- Learning/training paid by employer
- Temporary work term with 30 hours per week
- Work language: English
