Cleaning Operations Supervisor

Mona Lisa Cleaning and Maintenance is seeking a skilled Cleaning Operations Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and safety in our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Cleaning Activities: Oversee the work of cleaning staff to ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Inspect Facilities: Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
- Assist Cleaning Staff: Provide support and guidance to cleaning staff as needed to ensure that tasks are completed to a high standard.
- Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that cleaning tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Leadership and Supervisory Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a cleaning or maintenance environment.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff and management.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform physical tasks as required.
