Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Loader Operator to join our Operations team at Heidelberg Materials US, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate front-end loaders to lift and transport bulk materials to and from storage areas, feed conveyors, hoppers, and load trucks.
  • Verify the quantity and quality of raw materials in storage bins and ensure adequate stock levels.
  • Participate in monthly and annual inventory of aggregates and fuel.
  • Perform routine maintenance on loaders, including lubrication, fueling, and cleaning.
  • Ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials meet established standards.
  • Meet or exceed company safety standards and adhere to all Heidelberg Materials and Occupational Health and Safety Act rules and regulations.
  • Collaborate with plant manager, batch person, and other personnel to resolve problems and improve performance.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience as a Loader Operator or in a related field.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English.
