Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator - Backhoe and Loader

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team at Canada Inc. as a Backhoe and Loader Operator. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, conducting pre-operational checks, and performing minor repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate heavy equipment, including backhoes and loaders, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Conduct pre-operational checks on equipment to ensure it is in good working condition.
  • Perform minor repairs to equipment as needed.
  • Clean and lubricate equipment and refill equipment tanks.

Requirements:

  • 5 years or more of experience operating heavy equipment.
  • Ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Work Environment: The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, operating heavy equipment and working with a team to complete projects.

Language: English or French

Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
