Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the development and delivery of mining and mineral processing studies and projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including Process, Engineering, and Projects, to source suitable resources for studies.
  • Develop and manage proposals, budgets, and schedules for new studies, working closely with Business Development.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop up-and-coming Study Management resources within the team.
  • Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, consultants, and colleagues, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in the development, delivery, and operation of mining or mineral processing studies and projects.
  • Previous experience working as a Senior Study Manager or in a similar management role within the mining industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and coordinate various engineering, environmental, and social inputs to Greenfield mining developments.
  • Ability to achieve consistently high standards within budgetary and schedule constraints.
  • Experience in developing proposals, budgets, and schedules for new studies at a senior leadership level is preferred.
