Job Overview

CRB is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead and manage large, complex design and consulting projects in the life sciences industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the direction and performance of consulting and design services for projects of a major scope, valuation, and complexity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive project plans and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and developing proposals to win new business.
  • Manage client relationships, including the creation of a positive experience that will lead to future work.
  • Lead and manage large teams, including subcontractors, to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor project progress, manage issues that arise, and report project status to senior management.
  • Ensure projects adhere to industry standards and methodologies.
  • Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of seven years of successful Project Management experience in a design firm setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering large-scale design or construction projects on time and within budget.
  • Ability to lead projects that incorporate multiple disciplines.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success in acting as a Project Manager within the life sciences industry.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Team-oriented individual capable of leading and managing large teams, including subcontractors.
  • Intermediate understanding of all core engineering disciplines, project execution, and delivery in a design and/or construction firm setting.
  • Industry certification, PMP.
