Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Speech Language Pathologist with Northern Health Authority, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating communication and swallowing disorders in adult acute care patients. You will work directly with clients and their caregivers to create environments that promote optimal communication and swallowing.

In this role, you will contribute to quality assurance initiatives, meetings, and education within the department or program. Your expertise will be invaluable in promoting client-focused care and collaborating with interprofessional teams to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current registration as a Speech-Language Pathologist with The College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
  • One year's clinical experience with adults in a hospital setting or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Valid BC Driver's license where required
