We are seeking a seasoned Procurement and Contract Management Professional to join our team at Axiom.

About the Role:

  • Advise corporate clients on procurement matters and help them mitigate legal issues.
  • Provide legal support and expertise to client teams by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial agreements.
  • Standardize terms and contractual language, policies, and protocols.
  • Manage discussions with key stakeholders in purchase functions.

Requirements:

  • Based in Ontario, with active membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
  • 5+ years of public procurement experience.
  • Procurement support experience, including direct and indirect procurement, IT procurement, supplier relationship management, supplier onboarding, and contractual dispute resolution.
  • Experience negotiating directly with opposing counsel regarding contract terms and conditions.
