Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Sales to join our Digital Growth team at McCain Foods. As a Product Owner Sales, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of sales execution processes that drive business growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the sales process and customer needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize sales process improvements
- Design and implement sales enablement strategies to enhance sales performance
- Develop and maintain sales metrics and analytics to measure sales performance
- Provide coaching and training to sales teams to improve sales skills and knowledge
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership or enablement
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
