About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner Sales Transformation Lead to join our Digital Growth team at McCain Foods. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the digital transformation of our sales processes across the global organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a 2-3 year vision and roadmap to digitally transform sales processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategic initiatives.
  • Lead the implementation of Salesforce as the single source of truth for customer information and orchestrator of digital business processes for sales teams.
  • Partner with commercial stakeholders to execute the product vision, strategy, features, and prioritization of initiatives.
  • Work closely with the Global Product Owner for Digital Marketing, Trade, and Pricing to maximize growth to McCain's customers through intelligent lead generation, qualification, and conversion processes.
  • Continually improve customer data quality and enrichment to enable prioritization of sales and service initiatives.
  • Digitize commercial processes to simplify and embed data-led decision making and insights to enable continual improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or Technology.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of demonstrated work experience in sales leadership or enablement.
  • Knowledge in SAP and Salesforce CRM solutions.
  • Experience in leading projects preferably in a global environment.
  • Experience working within an agile project delivery framework.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively across levels and functions internally and with third parties.
