At Owl, we're seeking a skilled Part-time Data Quality Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data quality team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of insurance claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct thorough investigations using open data sources and collaborate with our AI-powered tools to identify potential illegitimate claims.
  2. Input findings logically, utilizing our internal platform to streamline the process.
  3. Analyze external claimant data for quality, completeness, and accuracy.
  4. Efficiently utilize time and resources to deliver high-quality results that maximize value for the company.
  5. Maintain the security and confidentiality of sensitive information.
  6. Operate within company security and disclosure guidelines.

Requirements:

  1. Must be available 25-30 hours per week.
  2. Previous experience in open-source content research.
  3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting research findings effectively.
  5. Very comfortable on the computer - ability to type quickly, utilize various search functions and keyboard shortcuts.
  6. Analytical thinker with the ability to exercise creative problem-solving during investigations.
  7. Ability to adapt quickly to evolving technologies and system processes.

The compensation for this role is $20.00 per hour.
