About the role:

The Stewarding Team plays a vital role in providing award-winning service through attention to detail and maintaining the highest level of cleanliness. This position reports directly to the Stewarding Manager within our Food & Beverage department.

Hourly Wage: $25-$26 per hour

This dedicated role involves:

  • Cleaning and sanitizing china, glassware, and silverware using a dish machine
  • Maintaining the sanitation of major kitchen equipment, culinary facilities, and food and beverage areas
  • Cleaning and sanitizing pots, pans, and kitchen utensils
  • Participating in our silver polishing program
  • Utilizing cleaning supplies and chemicals safely and effectively

About You:

We're looking for someone who can:

  • Lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 75 pounds
  • Prior experience in stewarding or cleaning is preferred, but not required
  • Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is beneficial
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Show flexibility to work overnights, weekends, and holidays
