Adecco Canada is Hiring a Temporary Full-Time Shipping Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Scarborough, ON. As a key member of our logistics team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and timely shipment of products to customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate logistics and manage documentation to facilitate smooth shipping operations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
  • Monitor and report on shipment progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Communicate with carriers and customers regarding order pick-ups and shipments.
  • Participate in plant-wide physical inventories and support inventory investigations/discrepancies.
Requirements:
  • Minimum Grade 12 education or equivalent (bachelor's degree preferred).
  • 2-3 years' experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50lbs.
  • Knowledge of spill cleanups and response, as well as WHMIS/GHS procedures.
  • Computer literate and working knowledge of Microsoft Windows + Office.
  • Flexibility to work overtime, evenings, nights, or weekends.
