Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Construction Maintenance Worker to join our team at Simple Touch Building Maintenance Ltd. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties, including apartment/condominium complexes, office buildings, and construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers to prevent litter and maintain a clean workspace.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to ensure a clean and well-maintained appearance.
  • Move heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment
