We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Prime Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing high-quality meats for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and prepare meats for processing and cutting
  • Cut and trim carcasses, sides, and quarters to meet customer specifications
  • Prepare standard cuts of meat and package them for sale
  • Remove bones from meat and weigh meats for sale
  • Supervise and train other butchers and meat cutters
  • Grind meats and prepare special orders
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 35 hours per week
