Overview

Punjab Platter is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen, dining area, and front-of-house services.

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 to $60,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven professional who can effectively manage our restaurant's operations, including:

  • Determining the type of services to be offered and implementing operational procedures
  • Ensuring compliance with provincial and territorial liquor legislation and regulations
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory levels
  • Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiating with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Addressing customer complaints or concerns
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends
