Cancer Care Specialist Role

BC Cancer is one of the world's renowned cancer organizations, offering a full range of services in Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, Palliative Care, and support services such as Nutrition, Clinical Trials, and Patient and Family Counseling.

As a Cancer Care Specialist, you will be part of a collaborative care team committed to excellence, participating in clinical, research, administrative, and educational activities.

Your Qualifications
  • Fellowship standing in the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada in Internal Medicine, along with a certificate of Special Competence in Medical Oncology.
  • Eligibility for full licensure with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (FRCP, FRCS, or CCFP).
  • Eligibility for appointment to medical staff of BC Cancer and Royal Jubilee Hospital.
  • Eligibility for appointment to the University of British Columbia.
  • Eligibility for a valid license to practice medicine in Canada.
