Advertising Account Coordinator

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and organized Advertising Account Coordinator to join our team in Regina, SK. As a key member of our Account Management team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of tactical advertising campaigns.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the Account Management team to assist in the planning and execution of advertising campaigns.
- Ensure timely completion of project tasks and coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Work closely with the creative team to develop advertising materials and coordinate media placements.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain positive working relationships with internal clients and external vendors.
- Monitor and report on project statuses to various stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail.
- Awareness of creative processes and digital media.
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with digital media and analytics.
