The ideal candidate for this Customer Service Specialist - Sales Support role at Maui Jim will be a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills. This position is responsible for providing top-notch support to our core, key, and duty-free accounts, ensuring seamless interactions and exceptional customer experiences.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Timely input and modification of orders from various sources into the SAP system.
  • Validation and entry of sales incentive submissions and redemption orders in SAP.
  • Collaboration with account executives to manage consignment locations, ensure accurate product representation, and oversee the cleaning and inspection of sales sample returns.
  • Cooperation with the warehouse team to create, enter, ship, invoice, and return events submitted by account executives and the Corporate Gifts division.
  • Prompt response to sales support-related Zendesk tickets.
  • Supporting account executives in educating and training core and key accounts on the B2B website in Canada.
  • Entering weekly AE orders for POP and sales samples.
  • Identification and rectification of miss-picked orders, order entry errors, shipping inaccuracies, and credit issues through collaboration with various departments.
  • Managing daily communication flowing through the Marketing inbox.
  • Maintenance of high-level core, key, and duty-free account services, projecting a professional image, and working in coordination with designated outside AE's and the customer service department to maximize production.
  • Collaboration with the inventory control coordinator to ensure all necessary supplies and information are available to service new and existing core and key accounts.
  • Supplying marketing and sales-related information to core, key, duty-free accounts, and AE's as required.
  • Sending materials required for trade shows and trainings to AE's.
  • Providing backup support during vacation or sick time for any sales support employee.

Salary

We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per year, based on industry standards and the level of experience required for this role.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4+ years of advanced customer service experience, with college coursework preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills, excellent written and oral communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and the ability to type 40 wpm.
