Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Law Legal Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our civil law team, you will provide administrative and legal support to our lawyers, contributing to the successful completion of mandates entrusted to us.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative and legal tasks related to civil law, ensuring compliance with deadlines and regulations.
  • Effectively manage files, prepare legal procedures, and formulate, adjust, and refine various legal documents.
  • Review documents and correspondence to ensure grammatical accuracy and compliance.
  • Organize the filing of documents, both physical and digital, and perform various administrative tasks, such as time entry, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Collaborate proactively with the civil law team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • A minimum of one year of experience as a legal assistant or equivalent.
  • Mastery of terminology, legal rules, and procedures, as well as Aliform software.
  • Excellent command of French and English, both oral and written.
  • Complete mastery of the Office suite.
