We are seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to join our team at Strategy Recruitment Group. As a key member of our project management team, you will play a vital role in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope.

Responsibilities:

  • Set project timelines and ensure they align with business objectives.
  • Monitor project deliverables and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve quality results.
  • Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress, providing regular updates and insights.
  • Coach and support project team members with tasks assigned to them, fostering a culture of collaboration and open communication.
  • Manage projects and facilitate stakeholder and project team collaboration to achieve quality deliverables.
  • Manage waterfall and agile project management practices, knowledgeable of software development life cycle, and the ability to blend them together to fit the needs of individual projects and/or business objectives.
  • Manage situations where project information may be ambiguous or not fully developed, applying your expertise to drive clarity and direction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • PMP designation is required, demonstrating your commitment to project management excellence.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, as the lead project manager throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and facilitate stakeholder and project team collaboration to achieve quality deliverables.
  • Smartsheet experience is an asset, showcasing your proficiency in project management tools and technologies.
  • Strong business acumen in project planning and management, enabling you to make informed decisions that drive business growth.
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization.
